Besides his 'bro'mance with Ash, Pikachu's heart belongs to ketchup, damnit XD and those of you who are familiar with the original series would know that! Aw just look at how much he's in love... delicious, delicious love... Pikachu (c) Nintendo And the ketchup.... technically belongs to Heinz? Not that you couldn't tell... MY ROOMMATE MADE ME CREDIT THEM >< Comments Hahaha... yeah, I remember that episode; Pikachu had the biggest tearful eyes ever when that bottle got broken.

Critiques
Anyway, on to the evaluation. Obviously this picture was meant for humourous purposes mainly. The pose is very nice, lovely and original rather than some kind of boring hug pose or something; the romantic dance shows that Pikachu is in love with the ketchup, he doesn't just love the taste of it. Of course, the rose in his teeth and the blush all suggest towards the same thing.
I think the fact that the picture doesn't have a background works very well, as do the lovely blue sparkles arching above Pikachu and his dance partner which could also indicate movement.
The colours are beautifully bold, and could possibly suggest that the 'two' of them are dancing at night time. I especially love the deep reds used on the ketchup bottle, and also the 3D effect you've gained with Pikachu's yellows.
On the actual critique side of this evaluation, I have to say I don't see many significant faults, though as a suggestion, I'd say you could maybe try experimenting with a background of some kind? Also, I'd love to see Pikachu and his lover dressed in something, maybe with Pikachu wearing a bow tie or something romantic like that~
Great job on this. If it could 'take me back' that dramatically, I'd say you definately succeeded here!
